For the Urban and Rural development theme Week at Expo 2020, the Swiss Pavilion, together with partners, attempted to draw attention to adopting the circular transition within an urban environment and hosted the awarding ceremony of the Swiss \u2013 Middle East Circular Economy for Youth Initiative (SMECEYI). This initiative aimed to find students innovators from the region and empower them by showcasing their projects to a global audience at the Expo 2020 Dubai.
