Every year, multiple departments from across NYU Abu Dhabi<\/strong> come together, including Gazelien Records<\/strong>, to create a band competition and showcase where the best student bands gets the opportunity to record an EP with Gazelien Records<\/strong> all-student team during the Recording and Production Techniques<\/strong> (RPT) class. We want to give a big thank you to all parties involved including: Student Life, The Arts Center, The Arts and Humanities Department, The Office of Social Opportunity, The Office of Global Education, The Music Program, The Visual Arts Program, The Interactive Media Program and The Film and New Media Program.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Gazelien Records<\/strong> also organizes the production of other one-off shows including the Bands on the Block <\/strong>performance, Candidate Weekend<\/strong> showcases and Open Studio<\/strong> tours during the Art Center Open Studio<\/strong> night. These shows are run by the hard-working and talented team of student audio engineers and musicians under the guidance of Professor Matteo Marciano<\/strong>.
