Kanav Setia is a co-founder and CEO of qBraid, a quantum computing startup. He received his Ph.D. in Physics from Dartmouth College in 2020. His research focuses on developing quantum algorithms for simulating fermionic systems. He has interned twice at IBM and previously worked on the microelectromechanical system-based accelerometers and gyroscopes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST).
