About Our Kitchen

المشهد Al Mashhad. This translates roughly to ‘The Scene’. Whereas the identity of the four existing kitchens lies in their thematic contents, Al Mashhad is defined by its reference to place, not only in its geographical sense, but also in its social, cultural, and artistic dimensions. This year, the kitchen aims to foster research projects that engage substantially with the region.
