The second installment of the Middle East Spatial and International Economics (MESIE) conference took place on January 18-19, 2024, organized by our Economics Faculty and supported by the Development, Global Dynamics, GPP, and MOD clusters, as well as CITIES. The event brought in sixteen scholars from around the world and around the MENA region. The research presented ranged from theoretical to empirical, analyzing important international trade, urban, and policy topics.
